 Needle Roller Bearings with Solid Rings |
The bearing consists of one or two solid ring, and a cage with needle rollers. This kind of bearing has a compact size, it can accommodate heavy load carrying capacity. The design itself can reduces the weights and volumes of the automotive components, it also maximize the transmitting power. The bearings with the inner ring or without the inner ring are available according to the utilization.

It can be fitted with the inner ring and the outer ring (comes with the lock washer, full sets of the needle rollers and cage), perform well operation in high rotating speed. It can be divided into two types: single row and double rows. If the shaft cannot be used as the raceway, i.e. when the shaft cannot be quenched and grinded or the cost is not economy, This type of the bearing with the inner ring can be chosen. |
| Needle roller bearing with cage but without inner ring |
| The structure of RNA and NK needle roller bearings are similar to NA, and NKI bearing but has no inner ring. This kind of bearing is used in component with radial dimensions being limited, the matching axial journal serve as raceway. In order to extent the life span of the bearing, axial must be processed with grinding until it reach a certain dimension and precision level. Since this kind of bearing does not come with inner ring, it is possible to extent the axial diameter to increase the strength. |
| Sealed needle roller bearing with or with no inner ring |
| Single and double side sealed needle bearings ensure the cleanliness. A certain amount of lithium-based grease is filled into the bearings. It guarantees bearing itself won't be affected by the contamination causing by the misalignment between the shaft and the bearing box since the bearing's inner ring is wider than the outer ring. There are lubrication-holes on the inner ring, the grease could be added from the outer ring or the inner ring according to the assorted requirements. | |
